Bio

B.S., M.S., Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, University of Missouri.  Registered P.E. in Missouri and Illinois.  Member of ASHRAE, ASME, ASM and NFPA.  Mr. Sanders is a mechanical engineer with broad experience investigating failures and accidents, as well as evaluating design and performance issues.  His expertise lies in the design, performance and failure analysis of mechanical systems, equipment and components.  He routinely interprets applicable codes, standards, policies and procedures relating to the design, manufacture, installation, testing and maintenance of these systems and components.  Mr. Sanders is experienced in materials testing and analysis, design and testing of consumer products and accident investigation/reconstruction.  Specialties include:

  • Design, performance and failure analysis of HVAC, refrigeration, fire suppression, dust collection, hydraulic, pneumatic, process gas/liquid and gas fuel-fired systems and equipment
  • Design and failure analysis of piping, tubing, insulation systems, valves, fittings, fasteners and other components
